Project Name: 2*45t/d dust removal and desulphurization project for all oxygen glass furnace
System configuration: semi dry desulphurization + pulse bag filter + sodium alkali desulphurization
Project introduction: this process uses a circulating fluidized bed semi dry desulfurization and wet desulphurization (Dan Jian). Because the project kiln is a full oxygen kiln, the amount of flue gas is small and the sulfur content is high. The sulfur content in the flue gas is up to > 9000mg/m, which is far higher than the sulfur concentration of SO2 less than 5000mg/Nm3 in the general glass kiln. Therefore, even if the current desulfurization efficiency is relatively high, the CFB semi dry desulfurization or wet desulphurization can not meet the discharge requirements of SO2 or 400mg/Nm3.
Therefore, through the research of the technical team of the company, the technology of combining the circulating fluidized bed semi dry desulfurization and wet desulphurization (mono) desulphurization (single alkali) is combined. After the project is built, the dust is less than 20mg/Nm3 and SO2 < 200mg/Nm3, which meets the local environmental protection requirements.
