1. Brief introduction of dust collector
The air box pulse bag type dust collector introduces the introduction of a new type of high efficiency dust collector with the first selection level. It combines the advantages of the chamber back blowing and the pulse blowing dust cleaning and so on. It overcomes the shortcoming of the pulse blowing dust cleaning and filtering at the same time leading to the poor dust removal effect, and expands the application range of the air tank pulse bag type dust collector. Because of its special structure, it greatly improves the efficiency of dust removal and prolongs the service life of filter bags. It is a bag filter with excellent performance.
Two. The principle of dust removal
The air box pulse bag dust collector is a kind of split room structure, and the bag type dust remover is carried out by the top pulse valve of the chamber to each chamber filter bag. It is different from the dust cleaning of the general blowout deduster. The injection pulsing ash cleaning is used in the same filter room to clean the dust in the indoor filter bag, while the other filter bags are still filtered. The air box pulse bag type dust collector is carried out in the condition of stopping the filter in an indoor closed valve. The dust under cleaning is settled down in the half of the ash, and does not produce two flights, which is beneficial to the filtration of the gas with large dust concentration, and the filter bag of a room can be replaced without stopping.
Three. Structure
The gas box pulse dust collector is divided into 32 bags / rooms, 64 bags / rooms, 96 bags / rooms and 128 bags / rooms. Each series is divided into various specifications and 33 kinds according to the number of rooms. The details of the structure are shown in the attached selection diagram, which is composed of the following parts:
(1) shell part: including clean room (or gas purification box, box), filter room, compartment partition, maintenance door and shell structure. The cleaning room has a lifting valve and a flower plate, and a short spray pipe: a filter and a skeleton are arranged in the filtering room.
(2) ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: there are ash hoppers and different series, different import dust concentration, respectively set screw conveyor, and rigid impeller discharger (ash relief valve).
(3) inlet and outlet box body: including inlet and outlet pipes and middle baffle. The single row (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell.
(4) pulse cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, cylinder for lifting valve and solenoid valve.
(5) compressed air pipeline and pressure relief device, oil-water separator, oil mist and so on.
(6) pillar and vertical cage ladder, railing.
