The swirling water film desulfurizing and dedusting device is mainly composed of a cylinder body, an equipment inlet and outlet, an upper water tank, a water injection coil pipe, a lower overflow hole and a cleaning hole.
The principle of its working principle is that the air stream containing dust and sulfide enters the barrel through the inlet pipe and uses the water pump to enter the alkaline water solution from the upper part of the equipment, making the inner wall of the whole cylinder forming a layer of alkaline water film flowing from top to bottom, the flue gas is cut in the lower part of the cylinder and rotates up in the barrel, containing dust and sulfur. The gas of the chemical is always in contact with the water film on the wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force. The dust gas is humid by the water film, the sulfide and the alkaline solution are neutralized, and the discharge is removed from the overflow hole with the flow of water to the bottom of the dust collector to achieve the effect of dust removal and desulphurization.
After dedusting, the wastewater enters the sedimentation tank and is recycled.
The purified gas is elicited through the upper part of the cylinder.
